It is no secret that I LOVE Homemade Hummus! In fact, I love pretty much everything about it! The texture, the taste, the lack of preservatives… that it can be part of an appetizer, lunch, or light dinner… and that it’s super easy to pack along with veggies for a picnic or day out by the pool (Phew! That was a LONG run-on sentence! ha!) It’s literally a perfect spring and summer-time food!
Because I love it so much, I thought I’d share my recipe with you! This hummus never lasts more than one day in our home… as the kids love it just as much! (Score for mom b/c they chow on their veggies right along with it!)
Side Note: I almost always double the recipe – and I recommend you doubling as well!
